The imperative of adapting to climate change, the integration of the UN’s sustainable development goals, the growing influence of civil society and NGOs, greater regulation and taxation. In an increasingly complex environment, CSR is undoubtedly a lever for performance, sustainable value creation and contribution to the common good. Eurazeo helps its portfolio companies to improve. To this end, it relies on a dedicated team that provides its expertise to identify the most significant issues, and to define and support the roll-out of improvement plans. This momentum of continuous improvement was made tangible in the responsible practices of the portfolio companies who gained in maturity as illustrated in the annual CSR reporting.
