The change in provisions related to nuclear generation in 2020 is mainly due to a 20bp decrease in the real discount rate in France and the United Kingdom. The corresponding effects are included in the “Discount effect” (€1,042 million) for

(€1,351 million) for changes in provisions backed by assets (assets associated with provisions and underlying assets in France and the United Kingdom; the receivable representing amounts due from the Nuclear Liabilities Fund (NLF) and the British

provisions adjusted through the income statement, and in “Other movements” government in the United Kingdom).
