Notes to the consolidated financial statements Électricité de France (EDF or the “Company”) is a French société anonyme governed by French law, and registered in France (22-30, avenue de Wagram, 75008 Paris). The consolidated financial statements reflect the accounting position of the Company and its subsidiaries (which together form the “Group”) and the Group’s interests in associates, joint arrangements classified as joint operations, and joint ventures, for the year ended 31 December 2020.
