Concordance table with the non-financial performance statement 8.5.4 This Universal Registration Document includes the non-financial performance statement for the 2019 fiscal year prepared in accordance with Articles L. 225-102-1 and R. 225-105 of the French Commercial Code ( Code de commerce ). Extra-financial Performance Statement (EFPS) presents information on how the Company and the Group take into account the social and environmental consequences of their activities, as well as the effects of these activities on respect for human rights and the fight against corruption and tax evasion.
