DELOITTE ET ASSOCIÉS

Their terms of office were renewed by a decision of the Combined Shareholders' Meeting of 24 May 2011 until the Shareholders' Meeting ruling on the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2016 then again by the Combined Shareholders' Meeting of 18 May 2017 for a further period of six fiscal years expiring at the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting ruling on the financial statements covering the fiscal year ending 31 December 2022. The aforementioned Statutory Auditors consequently certified the financial statements reproduced in this Reference Document.
