Amount of subscribed capital 6.7.1 As of September 30, 2021, the share capital is set at €39,849,372.25. It is divided into 159,397,489 fully subscribed and paid-up shares with a nominal value of €0.25 each. At the date of filing of this Universal Registration Document, the share capital was unchanged.
