Information required by Article L. 225-102-1 of the French Commercial Code regarding compensation of corporate o ffi cers is presented in Chapter 5.4.

5.2.7 SUBSIDIARIES AND SHAREHOLDINGS

5.2.7.1 Shareholdings purchased During the fi scal year just ended, the Company acquired a stake of 94.9% in Familypark GmbH and a 70% stake in Ski & Soleil, taking its total holding to 100%.

5.2.8 IDENTITY OF THE CONSOLIDATING COMPANY

The fi nancial statements of the Compagnie des Alpes Group are fully consolidated by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

5.2.9 OTHER INFORMATION

The amount of non-deductible expenses referred to in Article 39.4 of the French General Tax Code amounted to €96,903 during this fi scal year.
