6 September 2021 Appointment of Alexia CADIOU as Group Chief Financial Officer. 16 September 2021 At its Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting today, the Group will provide an update on its activities: l Strong recovery in summer activity at Leisure parks; l Launch of Travelski Express; l Acquisition of Evolution 2, a network of schools and outdoor activities; l Closure of Grévin Montréal. 21 October 2021 Revenue for financial year 2020/2021. l Confirmation of a dynamic upturn in the Leisure parks activity in the 4 th quarter. l Annual activity affected by site closures due to the health crisis. Ski areas: a 4 th quarter in growth again.

6.4.3 SHAREHOLDERS ’ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Shareholders’ Advisory Committee was formed in November 2005. Compagnie des Alpes was the first French midcap to create a Shareholders’ Advisory Committee in order to enhance the Company’s communication with its individual shareholders. The Committee, which meets two or three times per year, reflects the diversity of the individual shareholder base. It is now composed of seven qualified, representative members. The list of members is available on the Company’s website.

During the financial year, this Committee met twice, on 4 March 2021 and 18 June 2021. It took part in discussions on various topics, such as the Letter to Shareholders, the General Meeting, not to mention regular updates on important current issues for Compagnie des Alpes, such as the impact of the health crisis on the Group’s business.

6.4.5 PUBLIC MEETINGS

The Company regularly organises meetings to present the Group in Paris and other parts of France. The dates of these meetings are announced in advance on the Company’s website. These meetings were not held in the course of the 2020/2021 financial year. For example, in the previous financial year, Compagnie des Alpes,

in collaboration with F2iC, participated in meetings dedicated to individual shareholders on 8 October 2019 in Lyon and on 24 October 2019 in Paris. The Group intends to resume these presentation meetings in the course of 2021/2022, as soon as health conditions permit.
