3.6 SHARE CAPITAL At 30 September 2021, the share capital consisted of 50,364,082 ordinary shares. The nominal value per unit is €0.50. The financial statements of Compagnie des Alpes and its subsidiaries are fully consolidated by Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC).
