4.3.2.1.1 Electricity Electricity is the Group’s main energy vector, representing almost two- thirds of consumption (63.7%) and is used mainly to operate the ski lifts, artificial snow-making units, rides, buildings, hotels, shops and restaurants.

The Group’s total electricity consumption (1) is estimated at 77 GWh in 2020/2021, of which 59% by the Ski areas. This breakdown is largely affected by the operating conditions specific to the 2020/2021 financial year.

(1) Exclusion of consumption at the head office in Paris, due to the lack of individualised electricity meters.
