Gross investments for the period amounted to €155 million and mainly break down as follows: l in the Ski areas segment (€71 million), this related to the completion of capital expenditure programmes prior to the 2019/2020 winter season and to the initial work for the 2020/2021 season. They mainly correspond to investments relating to the development of Ski areas (ski run and trail works, ski lifts and artificial snow);

l in the Leisure parks segment (€86.9 million), this breaks down into investments to step up appeal (€64.2 million) and investments for maintenance and miscellaneous investments (€22.7 million); l the column “Assets held for sale” corresponds to the reclassification of the closing balances of the Deux Alpes Loisirs company; l lastly, the “Other” column mainly includes the allocation of non-current assets in progress at 30 September 2020, scrapped items and translation adjustments. Depreciation and amortisation include an impairment loss of €2.4 million for a foreign site.
