Mr. Phil Laskawy has served as a director of Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group Chairman of the nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and of the Strategic has been a director of Henry Schein, Inc. since 2002 and has served as its Lead Director since 2012. He also is Mr. Phil Laskawy is a member of the Board of Directors of Loews Corp (and is a member of its Audit Committee).
