Grant of stock option plans with performance conditions 23-1 In 2021, as recommended by the Remuneration Committee, and after approval of the Shareholders Meeting, the board decided on a one-off grant of stock options with performance conditions for a limited number of top executives of Société BIC. The options are on existing shares, with a vesting period of 5 years and performance conditions covering the same period.
