Havingtaken all reasonablecare to ensure that such is the case, to the best of my knowledge,all of the informationcontainedin the registration documentis in accordance with the facts and contains nomission likely toaffect its import. To the best of my knowledge,I certify that the financialstatementsof GroupeBPCE, BPCE SA group and BPCE have been preparedin accordance with applicableaccountingstandardsand give a true and fair view of their respectiveassets, financialpositionand profit or loss, as well as those of all affiliated companies,and that the managementreport (the content of which is presentedin a cross-referencetable in Chapter 9) gives a true and fair picture of the developmentof their respectivebusiness, results and financial position, as well as those of all affiliated companies, along witha description of themain risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed. I have obtaineda letter from the StatutoryAuditors certifyingthat they have verified the informationconcerningthe financial position and the financial statements of Groupe BPCE, BPCE SA group and BPCE asset out in the registration document and have read theentire document.
