A full-service banking business model that has confirmed

its solidity

Groupe BPCE, established by the Act of June 18, 2009, is a decentralized, multi-brand cooperative banking group. Its corporate purpose is to operate as a full-service bank, offering a range of bankingand insuranceproductsand servicesto individual,non-profit, professional and corporate customers, as well as local authorities, designedto meet the needs of the regionsand the economyas closely as possible. Groupe BPCE’s full-service banking model is based on a three-tier structure:

the two regional cooperative networks: the fourteen Banque ● Populairebanks, the sixteen Caisses d’Epargne,and their respective federations; BPCE, the central institution and holding company, responsible for ● the Group’s strategy,coordinationand organization; the BPCE subsidiaries, including Natixis, which provides ● international corporate banking, asset management,insurance and financial services; real estate financing specialist Crédit Foncier; Banque Palatine, which serves intermediate-sizedenterprises; and
