Statement by the person responsible 8.1 for the universal registration document and for the annual financial report I certify that all of the information contained in the universal registration document is, to the best of my knowledge, in accordance with the facts and contains no omission likely to affect its import. To the best of my knowledge, I certify that the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, financial position, and profit or loss of the company and all affiliated companies, and that the management report (whose contents are listed in the Table of Concordance on page 739) gives a true and fair picture of the development of the business, results, and financial position of the company and all affiliated companies, along with a description of the main risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed.
