PRIVATE BANKING In 2020, the Caisses d’Epargne recorded 52,000 new asset relationships,bringing assets to €261 billion.This momentum is the direct result of a more personalizedrelationship,a broad range of solutions, and increasingly cutting-edge expertise. The Caissesd’Epargnehave thus intensifiedand adaptedtheir employee training programs. Recognized university and professional partnershipshave been deployed, both in terms of wealth engineering expertise (management, legal and tax advice) and in specific issues for the manager.On a day-to-day basis, there are 2,000 wealth advisors serving high-end customers; 1,000 Private Management account managers serving Private Management customers, and 200 private bankers serving Private Banking customers. Customers also benefit from wealth management engineers who contribute their expertiseon specific issues and the know-howof Natixis Investment Managers’ affiliates for asset management. PROTECTED PERSONS Nearly half of all protected persons, persons under legal guardianship/supervision,and dependentadults living at home in France are customers of the Caisses d’Epargne. Across France, 150 specialized advisors are on-hand to assist family representatives and legal guardians. The health crisis has had a strong impact on market activity. The courts were closed for the duration of the first lockdown, and no protective measures were taken. Against this backdrop, the Caisses d’Epargne put in place the measures essential to business continuity for their customers by PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS With outstanding loans exceeding €17.2 billion (including State-guaranteed loans), the Caisses d’Epargne once again demonstrated their ability to support professional customers in the realization of their projects. They enriched their range with the launch of several solutions: Prévoyance Pro , designed by BPCE Vie and BPCE • Prévoyance, to cover non-salaried workers as well as salaried executives in the event of sick leave, disability or death; The Agri-Viti Transition Loan , for farmers and winegrowers • wishing to transform their activity to better meet market expectations,particularly in terms of diversificationtowards organic crops; Flash Invoices , for invoice factoring, with no subscription • and via a 100% digital process;

All Caissesd’Epargneare now labeled“PrivateBanking,”with those of Midi-Pyrénées and Loire Drôme Ardèche having joined the system in 2020. The Caisses d’Epargne distinguished themselves at the 35 th annual CorbeilleAwardsheld by Mieux Vivre Votre Argent magazine,winninggold in the networkbanks category,gold in the long-term network banks category, as well as three certificatesfor SRI managementnetworksover one year, best equity range over one year, and best equity range over five years. This was in recognitionof the quality of their products and services and their long-term performance.
