Caisses d’Epargne

For more than 200 years, the Caisses d’Epargne have helped finance the French economy. They support their customers in the long-term and in all their life events, with the ambition to “Be Useful” to each and everyone. Individuals, professionals, associations, corporates and local authorities all receive personalized solutions from their Caisse d’Epargne, tailored to their individual needs and objectives. The 15 Caisses d’Epargne are cooperative banks, forming the No. 2 banking network in France.

IN 2020 Launch of the Caisse d’Epargne Impact Loan , which values • the social or environmental commitment of customers in the real estate and social housing sector. Launch of IZ e-commerce , an all-in-one e-commerce • website creation solution. Launch of the Individual Retirement Savings Plan created • by Natixis Assurances, which enables customers to build INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS More than 412,000 new individual customers joined Caisse d’Epargne in 2020. In terms of savings, the market share increased in the third quarter of 2020 to reach 9.69% (+0.08 point). In a persistentlylow-interest-rateenvironment,the production of new loans remained dynamic, both in real estate loans, with a new production increase of 3%, and in consumer loans. In 2020, the Caisses d’Epargnemarket share in householdloans was 12.58% (+0.27 point). In 2020, the everyday banking range Les Formules , launched in 2019, saw its subscriptions reach more than 1 million contracts. This banking package adapts to the needs of all types of families by extending to the spouse and child(ren). For the specificneeds of youngpeople, the Caissesd’Epargne signed two partnershipswith Education First and Futurness. Young peopleand their familiesare supported,in particular,by a proposal to finance languageprograms, as well as coaching and guidance in their choice of studies. In insurance and personal protection, the Caisses d’Epargne launcheda new multi-riskhome range in November 2020and renewed their personal protection range with

Caisse d’Epargne continued to demonstrate its ambition to “Be Useful” to each and everyone through several media communicationcampaignsand on the brand’s communication channels. An opportunityto reaffirmthe strength of its model based on usefulness, accessibility, and solidarity.
