2020 €40,000 (8) No multi-year variable pay or bonus share plan were granted during the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years, except for Laurent Mignon, (Chief Executive Officer of Natixis from (1) January 1 to May 31, 2018), François Riahi (Chief Executive Officer of Natixis from June 1, 2018 to August 3, 2020), Nicolas Namias (Chief Financial Officer of Natixis and member of the Natixis Executive Management Committee from January 1 to May 31, 2018 and then Chief Executive Officer of Natixis since August 4, 2020). and Jean-François Lequoy (Director of the Insurance Division at Natixis from January 1 to September 13, 2020), in respect of their duties at Natixis. Laurent Mignon received pay from Natixis, a company under the control of BPCE as defined by Article L. 233-16 of the French Commercial Code, for his duties as Chief Executive (2) Officer of Natixis, and receives remuneration from Natixis for his duties as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Natixis. This amount includes the payment and awarding of shares related to deferred variable pay in respect of previous years and granted for his duties as Chief Executive Officer of (3) Natixis. Deliveries of shares relating to the long-term incentive plans for members of the Natixis Executive Management Committee are presented in AMF Table 7. Nicolas Namias received pay from Natixis, a company under the control of BPCE as defined by Article L. 233-16 of the French Commercial Code, for his duties as Chief Financial (4) Officer of Natixis from January 1 to May 31, 2018, and for his duties as Chief Executive Officer since August 4, 2020. François Riahi does not receive pay for his duties as a member of the BPCE Management Board - Chief Executive Officer of Natixis. François Riahi received pay from Natixis, a (5) company under the control of BPCE as defined by Article L. 233-16 of the French Commercial Code, for his duties as Chief Executive Officer of Natixis from January 1 to August 3, 2020. Jean-François Lequoy received pay from Natixis, a company under the control of BPCE as defined by Article L. 233-16 of the French Commercial Code, for his duties as Director of (6) the Insurance Division from January 1 to September 13, 2020.
