From November 2004to June 2007, she was Head of private equity investment mandates for French and internationalAXA group entities at AXA Private Equity (now ARDIAN).Since 2009, Valérie Pancrazihas been an independentadvisor (VAP Conseils)and, since 2012, an expert in corporatefinanceand internationalfinancial transactionsat the Paris Court of Appeal.
