In 1999, she became a founding director of local savings company SLE de Cannes, beforebeingelectedas its Chairmanin 2009. She was on the Steeringand Supervisory Boardof Caissed’EpargneCôted’Azuras a Non-VotingDirector,then from2009 as LSC Chairman, joining the Audit Committee at that time as well. Françoise Lemalle was appointed Chairwoman of the Steering and Supervisory Board on April 23, 2015.
