NON-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE STATEMENT

BEING A RESPONSIBLE GROUP IN ITS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PRACTICES

At the same time, the companies of the Group have built on the momentum achieved in inter-companymobility by signing a new Strategic Workforce Planning agreement, which incorporates a new set of common rules. These rules facilitate inter-company transfers through a simplified hiring process, support measures, mobility programs and coordination meetings between HR directors in the local regions. In addition to the job exchange, the job-skills framework JUMP, and the site Mobiliway, Groupe BPCE has implemented several tools to promote functional and geographical mobility and thus encourage professional development and career paths. Since its inception in 2019, Le vivier se déclarer mobile (the pool for declaring yourself mobile) enabled 682 employees to share

their mobility plans with recruiters in Group entities. Employees can submit their resumes and discuss their career plans by targeting the regions and companies of the Group of their choice. Over the course of 2020, more than 531 inter-company transfers were carried out. This figure is decreasing compared to 2019, primarily because of the health crisis. Transfers between functions were once again high in 2020, at nearly 9,808. Staff departures for mobility reasons (transfers) fell from 9.1% of all departures in 2018 to 8.9% in 2020, due to the health situation.

Rising employee engagement in a constantly improving working environment should allow the Group to retain its talented staff and limit the number of resignations among staff with permanent employment contracts. That rate has been stable for the past three years.
