STATEMENT BY THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT AND FOR THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Statement by the person responsible for the 8.1 universal registration document and for the annual financial report Having taken all reasonable care to ensure that such is the case, to the best of my knowledge, all of the information contained in the universal registration document is in accordance with the facts and contains no omission likely to affect its import. To the best of my knowledge, I certify that the financial statements of Groupe BPCE, BPCE SA group and BPCE have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of their respective assets, financial position and profit or loss, as well as those of all affiliated companies, and that the management report (the content of which is presented in a cross-reference table in Chapter 8) gives a true and fair picture of the development of their respective business, results and financial position, as well as those of all affiliated companies, along with a description of the main risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed.
