GENDER EQUALITY At December 31, 2019, two out of the total five members of the Management Board were women ( i.e. 40%), which meets the minimum legal requirement stipulated in the French Commercial Code for members of the Supervisory Board. Pursuant to the provisions of the AFEP-MEDEF Code, as amended in January 2020, the Supervisory Board has drawn up a diversity policy including gender equality targets that will be applied to all governing bodies. At January 1, 2020, 74 out of the 230 top 10% of senior management positions were held by women (32.17%).
