Marie-Christine LOMBARD (until March 23, 2018) Born 12/06/1958 Ms. Lombard is a graduate of Essec. She has held different positions in the banking sector, notably at Chemical Bank and Paribas in New York, Paris and Lyon. She joined the express freight industry in 1993 as Chief Financial Officer of French company Jet Services. In 1997, she became the company’s CEO until it was bought out by TNT in 1999. Appointed Chairman of TNT Express France, she transformed the company into one of TNT Group’s top-performing subsidiaries. In 2004, she was appointed Chairman and CEO of the whole of TNT’s Express division. Marie-Christine Lombard was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TNT Express when it became an independent listed company in May 2011. She has been Chief Executive Officer of Geodis since October 24, 2012 and was appointed Chairman of the Management Board on December 17, 2013. She is also Chairman of Lyon Ville de l’Entrepreneuriat, a network that supports the creation, acquisition and transfer of businesses in the Greater Lyon region.
