Françoise LEMALLE Born 01/15/1965

A chartered accountant since 1991 (and the youngest Chartered Accountant in the PACA region that year), Françoise Lemalle registered with the Compagnie des Commissaires aux Comptes in 1993. She runs an accounting and auditing firm of 20 people, located in Mougins. She regularly hosts training sessions for small retailers, craftsmen and self-employed professionals, mostly at management centers. In 1999, she became a founding director of local savings company SLE de Cannes, before being elected as its Chairman in 2009. She was on the SSB of Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur as a non-voting director, then from 2009 as Chairman of SLE, joining the Audit Committee at that time as well. Françoise Lemalle was appointed Chairman of the SSB on April 23, 2015. Since 2013, she has also been a director at IMF Créa-Sol** and a member of its Audit Committee.
