A graduate of Économie Agricole, IAE Paris, and DECS, Alain Denizot began his career at Crédit du Nord, then SG Warburg France, then Société Marseillaise de Crédit. In 1990, he joined Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France-Ouest as manager, then director of Financial Management. In 1995, he became a member of its Management Board in charge of the Risk and Finance division, then in 1999 a member of the Management Board in charge of the Network and Development. In 2000, he joined Caisse d’Epargne de Flandre as Chief Executive Officer and Management Board Member in charge of the Network and Banking Development. In 2003, he became CEO of Ecureuil Assurance IARD. He was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of the Caisse d’Epargne Picardie in early 2008. And in 2011 he joined Caisse d’Epargne Nord France Europe, which became Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France (CEHDF), as Chairman of the Management Board. He was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes (CERA) on November 12, 2018.
