As part of this worldwide program, action plans have been defined and implemented locally based on past initiatives deployed in various countries. Through this program, BIC seeks to promote wellness at work in the interest of its team members and their engagement. In this way, the Group will help limit the effects of professional or personal stress on its teammembers’ health. This program promotes both short – and long-term initiatives and action plans based on a combination of reactive and preventive approaches. It includes a section dedicated to the “Role of Managers”. “Quality of Life at Work” also examines team members’ job responsibilities and the quality of their working environment.
