I certify that to the best of my knowledge, the accounts are prepared in accordance with the applicable set of accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities and financial position and profit or loss of the Company and all undertakings in the consolidation taken as a whole, and that the management report, referenced in the cross reference table, includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business, profit or loss and financial position of the Company and the undertakings in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties they face. I have received a letter from the Statutory Auditors, confirming that they have completed, in accordance with the professional standards applicable in France, the work necessary to verify the information related to the financial statements included in this registration document. The Auditors also confirmed that they reviewed this document in its entirety.
