PRINCIPAL INVESTMENTS IN 2018

2018 Capex were 125.4 million euros. In the Stationery category , major investments included: finalization of the building extension in Bizerte (Tunisia); ● building of a new factory in India; ● additional production capacity for BIC MATIC Mechanical ● Pencils in Mexico; additional production capacity for Easy Correct (Correction) in ● Mexico;

additional production capacity for Cristal in Marne-La-Vallée ● (France). In the Lighter category, we invested to increase capacities and we bought new machines and molds. In the Shaver category, major investments included: increase in production capacities for Shaver production ● (worldwide);
