GILBERT LEHMANN A director of Assystem, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee

Biography • After obtaining a degree in economics and graduating from Sciences Po, Gilbert Lehmann worked in a number of positions in the public banking sector before joining the Framatome Group in 1983, where he served as director of financing and corporate treasury, and then CFO (from 1990 to 1996) and Deputy CEO (from 1996 to 2001). He was subsequently appointed Deputy CEO of Areva when the company was incorporated in 2001, a post he held until 2008. • Gilbert Lehmann has held several directorships in listed companies in France and the United States. • Mr. Lehmann serves on the Board of Directors of Cadogan Plc and also chairs Cadogan Plc’s Audit Committee. He was a member of Assystem’s Supervisory Board from 2003 to 2014.
