9.1 STATEMENT BY THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 2016 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

We hereby state that having taken all reasonable care to ensure that such is the case, the information contained in this Registration Document is, to the best of our knowledge, in accordance with the facts and contains no omission likely to affect its import. We further state that, to the best of our knowledge, the financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and results of the Company and the consolidated group as a whole and that the management report as referred to in the cross-reference table on pages 180 and 181 of this Registration Document presents a fair view of the business, results and financial position of the Company and its consolidated entities, as well as a description of the main risks and uncertainties to which they are exposed. We obtained a completion letter from the Statutory Auditors confirming that they have read the whole of the Registration Document and verified the information about the Group’s financial position and the accounts contained therein.
