POLICY AND COMMITMENTS Our Group’s success depends on the expertise and performance of our teams. As a responsible and committed employer, we deploy our employees’ talents and skills around major engagements supporting our clients’ international industrial projects. Employees are empowered to drive their own careers, and we promote a working environment in which each individual is encouraged to learn from his or her fellow team members, take on responsibilities and use their judgement. Our human resources strategy directly addresses the Group’s business challenges by ensuring that: ● human resources and skillsets are closely aligned with the Group’s growth targets; ● HR programmes (leadership model, skills management, career development support) are aligned with our strategic goals and the needs of our clients. Our organisation structure is both global and local, allowing us to address these challenges at a strategic and an operational level: ● the Group-wide HR strategy is developed with a team of experts according to a shared service centre approach and covers such issues as talent management, compensation and benefits, mobility, legal and compliance issues and diversity;

● locally, the HR managers deploy and lead the strategy within their Business Unit or subsidiary.

3.3.1 ATTRACTING AND RETAINING TALENT We are pursuing a strategy based on a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Hiring talent is one of the cornerstones of this strategy. The ability to pick out, attract and retain the best talents is a strategic imperative in a hyper-competitive market. That’s why we conduct numerous initiatives to raise the visibility of our employer brand. ACTION PLANS AND RESULTS In 2018, we hired over 1,600 people (60% of whom are engineers) in France and internationally based on objectives aligned with our diversity and social inclusion commitments. Of the total number of new hires, 22% were young graduates, 40% were juniors, 60% had several years’ experience and 25% were women. The most sought-after profiles include project managers, nuclear safety engineers, mechanical engineers, systems engineers and cybersecurity engineers. Attracting talent
