SUMMARY OF INFORMATION REQUIRED IN THE NON-FINANCIAL INFORMATION STATEMENT In accordance with Article R. 225-105 of the French Commercial Code, Assystem has presented information in this Registration Document about how the Company takes into account the social and environmental consequences of its operations and the effects of its operations in terms of respecting human rights and combating corruption and tax evasion.
