SHARE PERFORMANCE

To the best of the Company’s knowledge, at the date this Registration Document was prepared, apart from the Company’s controlling shareholder, no shareholder other than Moneta Asset Management and Sycomore Asset Management directly or indirectly held, alone or in concert, more than 2% of the Company’s share capital or voting rights. Transactions in the Company’s securities carried out by executives (on the basis of disclosures submitted to the AMF by the Company’s executives) On 21 March 2018, Philippe Chevallier purchased 1,000 Assystem shares for an aggregate amount of €31,625 (including transaction fees and taxes). During the year, HDL purchased 20,637 Assystem shares at an average gross price of €25.903 per share (€25.965 net).

Assystem shares are listed on compartment B of the Euronext Paris market of NYSE Euronext. In 2018, Assystem’s share price decreased by 9.59%, amounting to €27.05 at the year-end compared with €29.92 at the end of 2017. The average Assystem share price in 2018 was €28.35, with a high of €33.05 on 14 March 2018 and a low of €24.50 on 26 October 2018. Average monthly trading volumes for 2018 were 140,550 shares and €4,041,550.
