2.2 Financial Statements

The Company’s IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the related notes, appendices and independent auditors’ report, shall be deemed to be incorporated in and form part of this Universal Registration Document. In addition, the following documents shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference in and form part of this Universal Registration Document: – –The IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022, together with the related notes, appendices and independent auditors’ report, as incorporated by reference in the Registration Document filed in English with the AFM on 4 April 2023 without prior approval and filed in English with the Chamber of Commerce of The Hague. – –The IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, together with the related notes, appendices and independent auditors’ report, as incorporated by reference in the Registration Document filed in English with the AFM on 6 April 2022 without prior approval and filed in English with the Chamber of Commerce of The Hague.

Copies of the AFM-filed documents are available free of charge upon request in English at the registered office of the Company and on www.airbus.com (Investors > Financial Results & Annual Reports). The above-mentioned Financial Statements are also available in English for inspection at the Chamber of Commerce of The Hague.

2.3 Statutory Auditor Fees

Please refer to the “Notes to the IFRS Consolidated Financial Statements – Note 39: Auditor Fees”.
