Auditor Fees

Fees related to professional services rendered by the Company’s auditor, Ernst & Young Accountants LLP, for the fiscal year 2022 were €0.8 million (in 2021: €0.7 million) and the fees related to professional services rendered other EY member firms €1.9 million (in 2021: €1.8 million). These fees relate to audit services only.
