Airbus SE is a European public company ( Societas Europaea ), with its seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which is listed in France, Germany and Spain. As a result of the relabelling to a single Airbus brand, Airbus SE together with its subsidiaries is referred to as “ the Company ” and no longer the Group. The segment formerly known as “Airbus Commercial Aircraft” is referred to as “ Airbus ”.
