126,036 TRAINING HOURS

4,965 employees took one or more training courses in 2018. Professional training enables adaptation to changes in work organisation, technological advances, changes in managerial culture and practices and it contributes to developing new skills. As part of the sandwich course policy, 26 people on professional training contracts and 188 people on apprenticeship contracts were present at 31 December 2018. The amount spent on training was €16.5 million.
