3.5.2 Employee share ownership Pursuant to the provisions of ArticleǾL.Ǿ225-102 of the French Commercial Code, Company shares were held either as registered shares or as part of bonus share allocation plans, by its employees or by employees of its affiliates, within the meaning of ArticleǾL.Ǿ225-180 of the French Commercial Code, at 31ǾDecember 2017, as follows:

● representing a total of 0.15% of the Company’s share capital at 31ǾDecember 2017. However, no shares were held by employees and/or former employees of the Company or its affiliates through mutual funds, in application of ArticleǾL.Ǿ225-180 of the French Commercial Code.
