5.4 Undertakings of the Company regarding Information

in France, Germany and Spain in relation to information, the main ones of which are summarised in “General Description of the Company and its Share Capital — 3.1.3 Governing Laws and Disclosures”.

Given the fact that the shares of the Company are listed on Euronext Paris, on the regulierter Markt (in the sub-segment Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and on the Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona and Valencia Stock Exchanges, the Company is subject to certain laws and regulations applicable

5.5 Significant Changes

As of the date of the Registration Document, there has been no significant change in the Company’s financial performance or financial position since 31 March 2019.

5.6 Statement on Approval

This Registration Document has been approved by the AFM on 29 July 2019 in its capacity as competent authority under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129. The AFM only approves this Registration Document as meeting the standards of completeness, comprehensibility and consistency imposed by the Prospectus Regulation and such approval should not be considered as an endorsement of the issuer that is the subject of this Registration Document. This Registration Document may be used for the purposes of an offer to the public of securities or admission of securities to trading on a regulated market if completed by amendments, if applicable, and a securities note and summary approved in accordance with the Prospectus Regulation.
