ETHICAL CULTURE WITHIN GROUPE ADP

Ethics and compliance are defined as complying with laws and regulations, but also as respecting Groupe ADP’s values. It is a framework to protect employees and the Company.

The Ethics Committee: ◆ it includes members of Groupe ADP’s staff as well as two qualified external persons (a philosopher and a former ethics director of a large company); ◆ the committee’s purpose is to reflect on emerging ethical issues and how they may affect the group. It also monitors the deployment of the ethics culture within the Group; ◆ it issues recommendations and makes it possible to anticipate new ethical issues.

Groupe ADP’s ethical culture is based on: ◆ employee training and awareness at all levels in order to systematise ethics and compliance reflexes; ◆ Groupe ADP’s ethics and compliance programme is rolled out consistently in all its entities; ◆ the involvement of managers, by creating forums for discussion so that everyone can raise ethical issues and question their practices; ◆ a dedicated network made up of 20 contacts within the support departments in France and 25 international contacts; ◆ the alert system accessible to all Group employees as well as to those of suppliers and subcontractors to report any ethics and compliance breach. The processing of alerts is governed by a processing charter and an investigation process.
